Product Description
Tethered Black box recorder with Satellite transmitter (TBSAT) is designed to be placed inside vehicle. Once the mission mode is started it keeps on acquiring data from vehicle through IR-RS 232 interface. In case of any disaster, it gets ejected but attached to the vehicle with a thin tether rope (NonConductive). Upon ejection it starts acquisition of GPS information and transmits the position information and mission data (which was acquired and stored in TBSAT) to MSS C band hub station through GSAT-17 satellite. Thus module will be recovered based on the Lat/long information which is being sent on SxC channel to hub station.
